Please note these sockets are seconds and will need inspection and rework before they can be used safely. They must only be used by competent professional repairers as there is a risk the two terminals could short out inside the socket. This is because the terminals have been poorly manufactured on some sockets which allows them to move. Therefore EVERY SOCKET NEEDS INSPECTING AND REWORKING IF NEEDED. Because of this fault we sell them at a significantly cheaper price than normal and will only sell them in quantities of 20 or more per order.

This cable socket is known to be compatible with the following models:

• GHD Mk5 (Gold Series)
• Some versions of GHD 4.2B
  
• Some versions of GHD SS4.0
• Some versions of GHD MS4.0

It may be compatible with other models, however we recommend checking first.
