Genuine 160Ohm Heater

Genuine 160ohm heater removed from a pair of GHD 3.1Bs.

This is compatible with all Mk3 GHD models:

• GHD3
• 3.1B
• 3.1Pink
• SS (wide plate)
• SS2 (wide plate)

Size: 71mm x 15mm

Symptoms which would suggest you need a new heater element in your Mk3 GHDs are as follows:

• LED light does not light up or glows very dimly
• LED light only comes on intermittently when plates are closed together
• You should measure around 80ohms when both heaters are connected to the PCB and working as they are connected in parallel. If the resistance is around 160Ohms then one heater element is broken.
